After spending time in Germany, West Palm Beach and Atlanta, Alex Pedraza chose Houston to be his home. Once he decided to leave the hospitality    to pursue a career in real estate, the people and the flourishing real estate market made the Bayou City the obvious choice.      
Alex was born and educated in Monterrey, Mexico. He is highly articulate in both Spanish and English. Since coming to Houston and entering the real estate field, he has trained and worked with two exemplary brokers. Now at SAP, he joins two other Spanish-speaking agents on a team known for its diversity.
Alex’s areas of interest in real estate include high-end residential, investment properties, land acquisition and new construction. He has successfully developed relationships relative to each of these areas.
